Recently, the Bionic Intelligence Center of the Institute of Intelligent Machinery, Hefei Institute of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences has realized the integration of 3D vision measurement, visual defect detection and other technologies on the self-developed software platform, and solved the problem of Lingjiu GP102, the first domestic GPU in China.

In order to meet the requirements of chip factory quality control and chip traceability, the scientific research team successfully developed the BGA chip appearance inspection equipment A3DOI-BGA with independent intellectual property rights after half a year of product development and testing, which can collect 3D images of chips in batches.
