On March 14th, the Hekou District Agricultural Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade launched the "2019 Special Rectification Action on Agricultural Materials Anti-counterfeiting" in Yihe Town.
The activity was divided into two stages: centralized publicity and centralized law enforcement inspection.
During the centralized publicity, law enforcement officers distributed some publicity materials such as anti-counterfeiting of agricultural materials and quality and safety of agricultural products, and answered on-site inquiries regarding the purchase of agricultural materials and quality and safety of agricultural products.
After the concentrated propaganda, the Agricultural Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade and Yihe Town Agricultural Comprehensive Service Center conducted a special inspection of some agricultural material management stores in the town.
Spring is the peak season for selling agricultural materials such as fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, and agricultural films.
This action will carry out joint law enforcement with local public security, market supervision and other departments.
The special rectification action will severely crack down on the production and operation of counterfeit and inferior seeds, licensing infringement, and unlicensed production and operation; illegal production and operation of pesticides are prohibited and restricted; and banned pesticides will be added to feed.
We will focus on rectifying and regulating major agricultural transportation and sales operators and rural mobile vendors, strengthening market governance, and effectively guaranteeing agricultural production safety and agricultural product quality safety.
