    Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) is a potentially life-threatening disorder characterized by microangiopathic hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia, ADAMTS13 (a de-integrin with a platelet-reactive protein 1 repeat, member 13) activity severely reduced or absent, and associated with varying degrees of organ dysfunction

    A single-center retrospective cohort study conducted immune-mediated TTP (iTTP)
    for all children and adolescents attending a children's health center in Atlanta, Georgia, between 2001 and 2021.
