On May 27, Henan Academy of Sciences, Henan Investment Group, and Hongye Holding Group signed a cooperation agreement to jointly build the Henan Bio-based Materials Industry Research Institute to help accelerate the development of Puyang's bio-based materials indust.
The purpose of this signing is to inquire about the construction of related projects such as Puyang Bio-based Industry and Research Institute, and jointly promote the innovation and development of the bio-based material industry in Henan Provin.
According to the agreement, the three parties will jointly build a research and development team, cooperate in research and development, jointly promote the transfer and transformation of achievements, jointly provide public technical services, establish a cooperation mechanism, improve policy measures, strengthen talent cooperation and intellectual property protecti.
Yang Qingjiu, secretary of the Puyang Municipal Party Committee, said that since last year, the new functional material industry cluster in Puyang City has been listed as the first batch of strategic emerging industry clusters in Henan Provin.
Hao Jinghong, deputy director of the Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, said that bio-based materials are a new type of material chemical with broad development prospec.
