Henan Health planning committee to ensure that healthy poverty alleviation policy landed

Recently, Henan Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission, poverty alleviation office and other 8 departments jointly issued a notice, to ensure that health and poverty alleviation policies to ensure that the implementation of various policies.the
notice requires that all localities accurately identify the poor people who are poor because of illness and return to poverty because of illness, conduct investigation and verification on the rural poor who are poor due to illness and return to poverty due to illness within the year identified by the poverty alleviation department, and promptly enter disease information, treatment information and medical expense information into the dynamic management system of health poverty alleviation.
All localities should ensure that the individual contribution subsidies for the rural poor are in place, ensure that the poor are guaranteed, that 100% of basic medical insurance covers the rural poor, ensure that the number of chronic diseases in outpatient clinics for the poor in this integrated area increases to more than 15; continue to implement supplementary medical insurance for the needy masses; and include all eligible rural poor people in the scope of medical assistance; and give out-of-home medical expenses to the poor after reimbursement for basic medical insurance, major disease insurance and supplementary medical insurance for the needy. All localities should implement one-stop reimbursement and settlement of fixed-point medical institutions in the counties of the poor. (Health Report)
