The "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" clearly points out that "vocational education and general education are two different types of education".
The construction of the training base of Henan Quality Engineering Vocational College has been in continuous exploration and practice, and has realized that whether it is a production training base for enterprises with "production" as the core, or an on-campus teaching training base with "teaching" as the foundation, Neither can well meet the needs of high-level technical and skilled personnel training
The college tries to build a production training base for food processing technology (fruit wine production) on campus with government investment as the mainstay and school-enterprise cooperation
The college has carried out school-enterprise cooperation with Henan Minquan Junrun Company, using Minquan's excellent traditional wine production technology, coupled with the college's talent advantages, to transform innovative technology routes, and effectively improve the taste, nutrition and quality of wine products, which has little impact at present
With the joint efforts of the school and the enterprise, the base uses the rich grapes and other forest fruit resources in the hilly area of western Henan to trial-produce a variety of fruit wines, such as dry red wine, kiwi fruit wine, cherries wine, apple health vinegar, blueberry juice and other products; The food major of the college relies on the base to cultivate technical talents for wine production for Minquan and other places
In the practice of carrying out this model, the college has summed up its experience and successively built a number of productive training bases with diverse functions, multi-dimensional benefits, covering major majors in industrial clusters, poverty alleviation areas, factories and other places, and trained talents.
In the area where the college is located, in order to meet the needs of modern young people for West Points, we have jointly built a productive training workshop or base with Taixing Food Company, Dandelion Bakery, etc.
In order to help targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, the college cooperated with Henan Kuntai Agricultural Company to use local wild fruits as resources to build an off-campus production of high-end fruit wine in Sikeshu Township, Lushan County, Henan Province, a (former) national poverty-stricken county.
The college also cooperates with Yihai Kerry Food Co.
In 2019, the college undertook the key topic of education and teaching reform research and practice in Henan Province - "Research and Practice on the Construction and Operation Mechanism of Productive Training Bases in Vocational Colleges".
In the past two years, the college has expanded its model and built a productive training base for building materials testing technology
In addition, the construction and management model of food production bases has also been extended to enterprises and local governments
In the past few years, the college has built more than 30 training bases in accordance with this model, including 17 productive training bases
Through exploration and practice, Henan Quality Engineering Vocational College has formed a construction model of school-enterprise cooperation and productive training base with Chinese characteristics, actively integrated into the development of regional economy and industrial enterprises, and promoted the comprehensive quality of education, innovation ability and social services of the college.
