A few days ago, the Ministry of Natural Resources of China issued the "China Mineral Resources Report 2020", announcing the latest situation of mineral resources including oil and gas.

What is particularly encouraging to the industry is that, driven by the increased exploration and development efforts of all parties, the newly-added proven geological reserves of domestic oil have achieved year-on-year growth, an increase of 243 million tons and 161 million tons respectively compared with 2017 and 2018.

The "Report" disclosed that in 2019, the national investment in geological exploration was 99.
