How to add electrolyte high purity nitrogen generator is made according to the principle of air separation by electro catalysis.
electrolyte cells are designed using the inverse process of fuel cells.
When pressure-stabilized and pure raw material air enters the electrolysis pool, oxygen in the air is absorbed at the cathode to obtain electrons and interact with water to generate hydrogen-oxygen root ions and migrate to the anode, and then lose the electrons at the anode to produce oxygen, so that the oxygen in the air is constantly separated leaving only nitrogen.
and then through the rear filtration, regulatory pressure, steady flow treatment to obtain high purity nitrogen.
    (1) First remove 150g potassium hydroxide from the spare parts, pour them all into the container, and then add deionized water or bottled pure water 1000ml of fully stirred waiting for the electrolyte to cool down and then spare.
    (2) is connected to the air infleter behind the nitrogen generator by a 3-by-3 air pipe at one end.
the other end is connected to the air outlet of the air source and must not leak.
    (3) Open the upper lid of the reservoir, pour all the cooled electrolytes into the reservoir and soak in the reservoir lid for 25 minutes (the capacity of the reservoir is 1000ml).
    (4) first turn on the air source switch, when the air source pressure is rising, (requires the input air pressure is not less than 0.4MPa) nitrogen generator pressure with the rise of the air source also slowly rise, when the air source pressure rises to 0.4MPa, nitrogen generator pressure also rises to 0.4MPa.
(nitrogen pressure is slightly lower than air pressure)
