Our reporter Wu Xueqin correspondent Lian Xuue Zhuang Pengxia

Chen Kunlong, deputy chief physician of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Hui'an County General Hospital, Fujian Province, introduced that dyslipidemia is also called hyperlipidemia.

In recent years, the emergence of some unreasonable dietary structures and unhealthy lifestyles has caused the prevalence of dyslipidemia in Chinese adults to increase year by year, currently reaching 40.

Dyslipidemia can lead to atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction, and also increase the risk of fatty liver, hypertension, diabetes, tumors and other diseases

The prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia is of great significance to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, reduce the morbidity and mortality, maintain health, and improve the quality of life

Due to the various hazards of dyslipidemia, in the treatment of dyslipidemia in modern medicine, in addition to oral statins, fibrates, niacin, intestinal cholesterol absorption inhibitors and other drugs for lipid regulation, diet management is also very important.

On the basis of meeting the daily essential nutrition and total energy needs, it is recommended that the daily intake of cholesterol is less than 300 mg, especially for people with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease or high risk, the intake of fat should not exceed 20% of the total energy -30%

People with hypertriglyceridemia should reduce the total daily intake of fat as much as possible, and the daily cooking oil should be less than 30 grams

Fat intake should give priority to foods rich in n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as deep-sea fish, fish oil, olive oil, peanut oil,

Reduce food intake of saturated fatty acids and trans fatty acids, such as animal oils, shortening,

The daily intake of carbohydrates accounts for 50%-65% of the total energy

Control your weight and maintain an appropriate body mass index (BMI)

Chen Kunlong said that traditional Chinese medicine believes that the main pathogenesis of dyslipidemia is the dysfunction of the spleen, kidney, liver and other viscera, resulting in stagnation of qi, phlegm metaplasia, and blood stasis

Chen Kunlong, Deputy Chief Physician of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Hui'an County General Hospital, Fujian Province, Member of the Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Prevention Branch of the Fujian Strait Medicine and Health Exchange Association
