How to use a steam boiler safely and correctly

Steam boiler refers to the boiler equipment that produces steam.

 How to use the boiler correctly to ensure operation 1.
The boiler should be accompanied by "design documents required by technical specifications, product quality certification, use and maintenance instructions, supervision and inspection certificate (performance supervision and inspection certificate)" when leaving the factory

Installation, maintenance and transformation of boilers

Units engaged in the installation, maintenance and transformation of boilers shall obtain the qualification certificate for installation and maintenance of special equipment issued by the provincial quality and technical supervision bureau before engaging in the installation, maintenance and transformation of boilers
.

The construction unit shall notify the special equipment supervision and management department of the municipality directly under the Central Government or the district under its jurisdiction in writing about the planned installation, maintenance and transformation before construction, and send the notification of the start of construction to the local county-level quality and technical supervision bureau for recordation, and the construction can be started after notification
.

3.
Acceptance of boiler installation, maintenance and transformation

After the completion of the construction, the construction unit shall report the hydraulic pressure test and installation supervisory inspection of the boiler to the special equipment inspection institute of the local quality and technical supervision bureau
.

After passing the qualification, the local quality and technical supervision bureau, special equipment inspection institute, and county quality and technical supervision bureau will participate in the overall acceptance
.

4.
Registration of boilers

After the boiler is checked and accepted, the user shall fill in the "Boiler (Census) Registration Form" in accordance with the "Registration of Special Equipment Registration and Use Management Rules" and register with the State Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau
