Before the machine works, the ground wire must be well grounded, and then select the appropriate standard syringe according to the different filling volumes

2-1ml with a 1ml syringe; 1-5ml with a 5ml syringe; 5-10ml with a 10ml syringe; 20ml model, use a 20ml glass syringe; 100ml model, use a 100ml glass syringe, 500ml The model uses the stainless steel filling system produced by our factory

Pull out the inner core of the syringe and put the screw sleeve on the inner core of the syringe (Note: the 10ml model needs to select the gasket according to the size of its outer circle due to the large difference in the diameter of the syringe) and properly tighten it with the lower base with the screw sleeve (The disassembly and assembly of the syringe must pay attention to cleaning)
.

Put the upper clamp seat on the water outlet end of the syringe jacket, and properly tighten the nuts on both sides (when using a 5ml syringe, put the bushing on and tighten it together, pay attention to tightening it too tightly, the outer sleeve is fragile)
.

Note: The 10ml model has an adjustment sleeve, but the 20, 100, and 500 models do not
.

Assemble the inner core and outer jacket of the installed syringe into one, and the liquid injection system is now assembled

Turn the valve arrow up and the arrow mark outward to fix it on the fixing screw with a nut
.

Assemble the complete liquid injection system, and align the upper and lower round holes of the liquid injection system components with the upper and lower fixing rods, respectively, and put them on the bearing, and make the outer end surface and the bearing surface level
.

When the lower end is assembled, do not make the screw sleeve and the crank collide to prevent abnormal noise when the upper crank rotates (the distance between the screw sleeve and the crank is about 1mm when installed correctly).
After the injection system is installed correctly, tighten the upper and lower parts.

Use a short hose to connect the syringe to the valve connector

The liquid inlet pipe is connected to the water inlet, and the liquid outlet pipe is connected to the water outlet

To prevent the inlet and outlet pipes from being entangled, snap the inlet and outlet pipes into the side lugs of the casing

Turn the crank by hand, it should be able to rotate freely, otherwise the assembly is wrong, and you should check whether the injection system is fastened on the rotating bearing
