The following is the use method of this equipment: 1.
Put the plastic bottle to be filled into the bottle shaker, the bottle is arranged by the track of the shaker, and the tube is turned vertically into the host turntable mold

Put the glass bottle into the bottle feeding carousel, and the bottle will automatically transfer to the bottle feeding conveyor belt with the rotation of the carousel

The bottle detection sensor of the reagent filling machine detects whether there is a bottle in the station, and the detection signal is sent to the internal control system to control the filling with a bottle or no bottle without a bottle.
4.
If a bottle is detected in the front, the machine starts filling

5.
Lower the cap

6.
Tighten the cap
.

7.
The product with the cover pressed takes the initiative to walk out of the station
