Digital display Shore rubber hardness tester is an instrument to measure the hardness of vulcanized rubber and plastic products, the instrument has a type, D type, C type three forms
.
Type A and type D are suitable for testing
the hardness of low-medium hardness and high-hardness rubber and plastic materials, respectively.
Type C is suitable for the test of the hardness of the shoe microporous material made of rubber and plastic when the compression ratio is 50% and the
stress is above 0.
049MPa.
This hardness tester implements the relevant provisions
of GB/T531, GB2411, HG/T2489 and JB6148.
Main parameters: 1, measuring range: 0-100 degrees 2, measurement error: within 20-90 degrees, error ≤± 1 degree 3, resolution: 0.
1 degrees 4, pressure needle stroke: 0-2.
5mm5, pressure pin end pressure: A type, C type 0.
55N-8.
05N , D type 0-44.
5N usage method: the specimen is placed on a solid plane, hold the hardness tester, the pressure needle is at least 12mm from the edge of the specimen and the foot is smoothly pressed on the specimen, so that the pressure needle is pressed vertically into the specimen, until the press foot and the specimen are in contact with the reading
within 1s.
The hardness value is measured 5 times at different locations where the measurement points are at least 6 mm apart, taking their average value (the distance between the microporous material measuring points is at least 15 mm).
In order to stabilize the measurement conditions and improve the measurement accuracy, the hardness tester should be installed on the supporting measuring frame of the same model
.
