On April 13, Huadong Medicine issued an announcement stating that Sinclair, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the United Kingdom, had recently received the "Medical Device Registration Certificate" issued by the National Medical Products Administration for injection-use polycaprolactone microsphere facial fillers.
Sinclair's medical device registration certificate, Ellansé®, is made of polycaprolactone microspheres (PCL) and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), and has the dual effects of "filling + repairing".
