Recently, Shanxi Huayang New Materials Co.

It is understood that the non-public offering of shares is planned to issue no more than 100 million shares to no more than 35 specific objects that meet the conditions stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the total amount of funds raised will not exceed 550 million yuan, which will be used for 60,000 yuan after deducting issuance expenses.

After the completion of this fundraising project, Huayang New Materials will have the production capacity from PBAT to downstream modified blown film masterbatch, sheet and plastic products, and become one of the important biodegradable plastic production bases in Shanxi Province
