The main contents of the project are as follows:
The project is located in the Petrochemical Industrial Park of Qinzhou Port Economic and Technological Development Zone, Qinzhou City, Guangxi, covering an area of 527hm
The main construction content is to build a new 750,000-ton/year propane dehydrogenation (PDH) unit, a 300,000-ton/year butanol unit, 2 200,000-ton/year acrylic acid and ester units, and 3 33,000-ton/year uni.
Among them, the 750,000-ton/year propane dehydrogenation (PDH) unit adopts the Oleflex propane dehydrogenation process of UOP Company in the United States, using propane as raw material, using alumina-based platinum catalyst, using adiabatic moving bed reactors for series reaction, and then through separation and Rectification to obtain polymer-grade propylene products; 300,000 tons/year butanol unit uses propylene and synthesis gas as raw materials to carry out oxo reaction to produce mixed butyraldehyde, and the mixed butyraldehyde separates n-butyraldehyde and by-products in the aldehyde isomer tower Isobutyraldehyde and n-butyraldehyde are hydrogenated to produce n-butanol; the process of 2 sets of 200,000 tons/year acrylic acid and ester units is mainly composed of propylene oxidation, refining, crystallization, dehydration, esterification, recovery, neutralization and washing, e.
After the project is completed and put into operation, it can produce 750,000 tons of propylene, 400,000 tons of butyl acrylate, 100,000 tons of SAP, 400,000 tons of acrylic acid, 272,800 tons of n-butanol, 26,500 tons of isobutyraldehyde, 27,200 tons of isobutanol, Ice crystal acrylic acid is 78,900 tons, and part of hydrogen and C5+ liquid fuel are by-produc.
The total investment of the project is 8,7244 million yuan, of which the environmental protection investment is 2789 million yuan, accounting for 16% of the total project investme.
