people 25 hydroxyvitamin D (25) - OH - D) Enzyme-linked immunoassitric analysis (ELISA)
box instruction manual
.This reagent is for research purposes only: this kit is used to determine the content of 25 hydroxyvitamin D (25 - OH - D) in human, plasma and related liquid samples.
experimental principle:
kits are used with a dual antibody sandwich method to determine the level of human 25 hydroxyvitamin D (25 - OH - D) in the specimen. With a purified anti-D (25 - OH - D) antibody package ismicroplate to make solid-phase antibodies, into the packet of mono-resistant micro-holes in turn to add human 25 hydroxyvitamin D (25 - OH - D), and then bind to the HLP-labeled 25 - OH - D antibody to form an antibody -antigen - enzyme-labeled antibody complex .
.after thorough washing, add the substrate TMB color. TMB is catalyzed by HRP enzymes into blue and eventually yellow by acid.
color is positively related to the 25 hydroxyvitamin D (25 - OH - D) in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at 450 nm wavelengths using an enzymatic meter, and the concentration of human 25 hydroxyvitamin D (25 - OH - D) in the sample is calculated using a standard curve.
