    Huntington's disease (HD) is an inherited disease that causes the death of brain cells.


    Tominersen is an investigational antisense therapy designed to reduce the production of various forms of Huntingtin (HTT).


    This decision is based on the results of a pre-planned review of data from the GENERATION HD1 study conducted by the Independent Data Monitoring Committee (iDMC).


    Roche said in a statement that it will continue to track participants' safety and clinical results.
