    Recently, Xiamen University, College of Pharmacy, Professor Huo Shuai East German Leibniz Institute for Materials Andreas Herrmann cooperation team of professors in the field of materials leading journal Materials Today published a report entitled " Dynamic DNA-based Biomaterials Interacting with External, Macroscopic, and Molecular Stimuli " review long article, and was elected to the inside cover ( inner cover )


    Based on the advances in gene therapy of light-controlled Gold-DNA nano-assemblies ( Nanosunflowers ) constructed by the previous research team ( Science Advances , 2019, 5 (10), eaaw6264 ), a review of the interaction between DNA nanostructures and cell membranes ( Advanced Science , 2019, 16408170 ) and recent research on the regulation of the effects of ultrasonic mechanical force on polynucleic acid ligands, drugs, and proteins ( Nature Chemistry , 2021,13, 131; Angewandte Chemie , 2021, 60, 14707 ), the review paper has made a further comprehensive review, in-depth discussion and new prospects of related fields


    Since the molecular structure of DNA is known, the scientific community has begun to extensively study the possibility of its further application


    It is worth mentioning that the team recently implemented also using ultrasound machine to metal ion based DNA base pair ( Metallo-Base-pair reversibly) to the hybrid structure, the remote-control DNA provided in the transition structure and dynamic assembly Brand new strategy ( Chemical Communications , 2021, 57, 7438 )


    The School of Pharmacy of Xiamen University and the Key Laboratory of New Drug Target Research of Fujian Province are the first publishing units of this article.
