The reporter learned from China National Offshore Oil Corporation on the 25th that my country’s Pearl River Mouth Basin has made important oil and gas discoveries.

The relevant person in charge of CNOOC stated that the Huizhou 26-6 oil and gas field is located in the Pearl River Mouth Basin in my country, with an average water depth of about 113 meters, and the thickness of the oil and gas layer drilled by the exploratory well is about 422.

The person in charge said that CNOOC will continue to strengthen risk exploration in new areas and new areas to discover more oil and gas resources.
