    The researchers transplanted the isolated and cultured fGSCs into the zebrafish gonads from which the primordial germ cells had been removed, and found Vasa -positive germ cells derived from the eel after 3 months , suggesting that the transplanted fGSCs had successfully colonized and differentiated in the zebrafish gonads, further indicating that the eel - Formation of chimeric gonads in zebrafis.
