According to data from the Lithium Battery Research Institute of Advanced Industry and Research, it is expected that by 2016, China's total power lithium battery production capacity will reach 30GWH, including Nanjing LG, Samsung SDI and other giants have been put into production
.

In sharp contrast, China's new energy vehicle production in 2016 is expected to be 350,000 units, and the corresponding lithium battery demand is only 15GWH, which means that after a large number of new production capacity is put into use, the lithium battery capacity utilization rate will decline significantly, and the total capacity utilization rate for the whole year will be only 50%.
