Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released statistics that in May this year, China's new energy vehicle production exceeded 19,000 units, an increase of three times

It is reported that among the new energy vehicles, pure electric passenger vehicles were produced 9,922 units, a year-on-year increase of 3 times, and plug-in hybrid passenger vehicles were produced 4,923 units, a year-on-year increase of nearly 4 times; Production of pure electric commercial vehicles increased sevenfold year-on-year to 2,832 units, and production of plug-in hybrid commercial vehicles increased by 36%
year-on-year to 1,431 units.
The first four batches of NEV models included in the Catalogue of New Energy Vehicle Models Exempt from Vehicle Purchase Tax produced 17,800 units, accounting for 93%
of May's production.
