From December 18, 2020 to February 17, 2021, a total of 7 food poisoning incidents occurred in Vietnam, resulting in 192 people being hospitalized for treatment and 2 deaths.



According to this, the main causes of food poisoning are natural toxins and microorganisms, among which there are 2 columns of unclear causes of poisoning.



In the future, the Ministry of Health of Vietnam will continue to guide provinces and cities to carry out exchange activities related to disease prevention and control, food hygiene and safety, and alcohol and beer hazard prevention.
