【Pharmaceutical network industry dynamics】Personnel adjustment can reflect the trend of industry changes, to a certain extent, the departure of some traditional pharmaceutical company executives suggests that the transformation of enterprises is facing problems such as
insufficient growth momentum.
It is understood that since the beginning of this year, the personnel changes in the Chinese medicine industry have been very frequent, and at present, the general managers, chairmen and other executives of more than ten Chinese medicine companies have voluntarily resigned
.
Among them, it is worth noting that in the past 2 months, executive departures are particularly frequent
.
On August 23, Tianjin Pharmaceutical Darentang (formerly "Tianjin Zhongxin Pharmaceutical") issued the "Announcement on the Resignation of the General Manager of the Company"
.
The announcement said that Darentang had received a written resignation from Li Yan on August 22, and Li Yan applied to resign as the general manager and director of the company due to job changes, and would no longer hold any position in
Darentang after resignation.
According to public information, since February 2020, Li Yan has been the general manager of Tianjin Zhongxin Pharmaceutical Group (now "Darentang"
).
In July 2021, the board of directors of Darentang also deliberated and passed the proposal
to elect Li Yan as the chairman of the board.
On July 28, Zixin Pharmaceutical issued an announcement that due to job transfer, general manager Feng Youshun applied to resign as the general manager of the company, and the nomination committee of the board of directors nominated Meng Xiangjin as the general manager of the
company.
On the same day, China Pharmaceutical also issued an announcement that due to work adjustment reasons, Mr.
Wang Hongxin applied to resign as a director, a member of the special committee of the board of directors and a general manager of the company, and will no longer hold any position in
the company.
On July 26, Renhe Pharmaceutical announced that Zhang Wei resigned as a director and general manager of the company due to work adjustments, and resigned as a member of the strategy committee and nomination committee of the board of directors
.
On the same day, Wang Zhen resigned as deputy general manager for personal reasons, and neither of them held other positions in the company after resigning
.
At the same time, Huang Wujun became the new general manager
.
In fact, since the beginning of this year, personnel changes in pharmaceutical companies have been very frequent
.
According to incomplete statistics in the industry, in June, there were at least 109 executive changes in
36 pharmaceutical companies.
In this context, the change of senior management of Chinese medicine companies is also expected
.
The industry expects that with the continuous deepening of pharmaceutical reform and the promotion of a wide range of chinese proprietary medicine collection, the personnel changes of major Chinese medicine enterprises will continue
under the pressure of performance of Traditional Chinese medicine enterprises.
However, analysts also pointed out that although the personnel of Chinese medicine enterprises change frequently, the demand for talents in Chinese medicine enterprises will continue to expand
out of optimism about the development of the production period of the Chinese medicine sector.
Talent is an important resource for the development of traditional Chinese medicine, it is understood that in recent years, while vigorously developing the traditional Chinese medicine industry, China is also deeply promoting the construction of the team of traditional Chinese medicine talents, and promoting the construction of a chinese medicine talent training system
in which college education, post-graduation education, continuing education are organically linked, and teacher education runs through.
With the implementation of various policies to strengthen the construction of Chinese medicine talents, more professional talents are expected to gradually break the bottleneck of industry development and provide more powerful support and more guarantees
for the long-term development of Traditional Chinese medicine.
