    On October 19, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued an announcement stating that it made the first anti-dumping sunset review final ruling on fluoroelastomers [Fluoroelastomers (FKM)] originally produced in or imported from China, and suggested that anti-dumping duties should continue to be levied on Chinese products involved in the case.
    Details The tax rate is shown in the following table (attached table: India's tax table for the final ruling of China's fluororubber sunset review), and the validity period is 5 years

    The products involved in this case do not include fluoroelastomer compounds and perfluoroether rubber (FFKM)

    This case involves products under the Indian customs codes 39045090, 39046990, 39049000, and 39046910


    On January 2, 2018, India initiated an anti-dumping investigation against fluorine rubber originating in or imported from China
    On December 27, 2018, India made an affirmative final ruling on this case

    On January 28, 2019, an 18-month anti-dumping duty was levied on the products involved in the case in China, which is valid until July 27, 2020

    On February 7, 2020, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that in response to an application submitted by Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd, a domestic company in India, the first anti-dumping sunset review investigation was conducted on fluorine rubber originating in or imported from China

    The dumping investigation period in this case is from January 2019 to September 2019 (9 months), and the damage investigation period is from April 2016 to March 2017, April 2017 to March 2018, and April 2018 to 2019.
