India initiates the first anti-dumping sunset review investigation on China-related toluene diisocyanate

On August 27, 2021, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that in response to the application of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited, an Indian company, toluene with an isomer ratio of 80:20 originating in or imported from China, Japan and South Korea Diisocyanate [Toluene Di-Isocyanate (TDI)] initiated the first anti-dumping sunset review investigation

The dumping investigation period in this case is from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 (12 months), and the damage investigation period is from 2017 to 2018, 2018 to 2019, 2019 to 2020 and April 2020 1 to 31 March 2021
