India makes final anti-dumping ruling on China's solar fluorine-coated backsheets

On March 29, 2022, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that it will make a final affirmative anti-dumping ruling on solar Fluoro Backsheets originating in or imported from China, and recommending that solar coatings other than transparent backsheets be banned.
The fluorine backsheet is subject to a five-year anti-dumping duty, of which the manufacturer, Jolywood (Suzhou) Sunwatt Co.
