    Sinochem News reported on December 6, according to Ansense Energy, the Russian energy giant Rosneft supports Nayala Energy, the former Essar Petroleum Company, and has formulated a large-scale expansion plan for India, including in Wadi Nagar, near Jamnagar, Gujarat, will build a new petrochemical plant and increase its existing refining capacity from 20 million tons/year to 46 million tons/year
