Ankur Agarwal, senior analyst at India's Ratings and Research Department, said the depreciation of the rupee and the increase in safeguard duty could increase tariffs and evacuate infrastructure remains a challenge

Mr Agarwal said, "The best windy locations are mainly concentrated in Gujarat and Tamil Nadu, and availability of most windy locations remains a challenge
