    1 Method summary

    In a strong alkaline alcohol solution, the dichloroethane , chloroethanol , and acid in the sample are respectively hydrolyzed and neutralized
    .
    Chloride ions are generated, potassium chromate is used as an indicator solution, and silver nitrate standard titration solution is used for titration to calculate the content of dichloroethane in the laboratory sample

    After cooling it slightly, rinse the condenser with about 10 mL of water, remove the standard ground-mouthed Erlenmeyer flask, cool to room temperature, add 2 to 3 drops of phenolphthalein indicator solution, and neutralize with nitric acid solution until the red color just disappears.
    Add 2 mL of potassium chromate indicator solution, titrate with silver nitrate standard titration solution to reddish brown as the end point, and do a blank test at the same time

    V 2 —Blank test consumes the volume of silver nitrate standard titration solution, mL;

    V 1 —The volume of silver nitrate standard titration solution consumed when titrating chloroethanol samples, mL;

    V 0 —The volume of the silver nitrate standard titration solution consumed in the chloroethanol blank test , mL;

    c— The actual concentration of silver nitrate standard titration solution, mol/L;

    m—weigh the mass of the sample, g;
