5 Inspection rules
5.
1 All index items in Table 1 of this standard are type inspection items, except for density, iron content, and ash content, all are factory inspection items
.
Under normal circumstances, type inspection shall be carried out at least once a month
.
5.
2 Batching: the same quality and uniform products are a batch, which can be batched according to the production cycle, production shift or product storage tank
.
5.
3 Sampling should follow the safety general rules of GB/T3723-1999
Sampling is carried out in accordance with GB/T6678-2003 and GB/T6680-2003.
The total amount of samples collected shall not be less than 0.
5kg.
After the samples are fully mixed, they are divided into two clean, dry ground glass bottles.
Towels, affix a label, indicate the name of the manufacturer, product name, batch number, sampling date, and sampling location.
One bottle is for inspection and analysis, and the other bottle is reserved for future reference
.

4 Ethylene glycol for industrial use shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and the manufacturer shall ensure that each batch of ex-factory products meets the requirements of this standard
.
Each batch of products should be accompanied by a certificate of quality, including: manufacturer name, product name, grade, lot number and serial number of this standard and so on
.
5.
5 The receiving department has the right to check and accept the industrial ethylene glycol received in accordance with the provisions of this standard
.
The acceptance period shall be determined through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer
.
5.
6 If any index of the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, the sampling shall be redoubled for inspection.
Even if only one index does not meet the requirements of the corresponding grade specified in this standard, the batch of products shall be degraded.
Wait or dispose of non-conforming products
.
5.
7 When the user requests to determine the chloride content, the test method is shown in Appendix A.
The chloride content (in CI) should not exceed 0.
5 mg/kg
.
6 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
6.
1 Industrial glycol should be loaded into railway tank cars (in accordance with GB10479-1989 aluminum railway tank car technical requirements) or cabins of aluminum or stainless steel containers, and the tank cars or cabins should be marked "for ethylene glycol"
.
6.
2 Before loading industrial ethylene glycol into railway tank cars or ship cabins with residual liquid, the residual liquid must be inspected according to this standard
.
If the residual liquid meets this standard, industrial ethylene glycol products can be loaded into the tank truck or the cabin: if it does not meet this standard, the residual liquid should be drained, the tank truck or the cabin should be cleaned, and then treated with steam to make it After drying, it can be loaded into industrial ethylene-monool products
.
6.

4 Ethylene glycol for industrial use is a water-absorbent substance, and the tightness of the packaging container should be maintained during storage and transportation
.
7 Safety requirements
7.
1 Industrial ethylene glycol has certain toxicity.
In the operation area, the maximum allowable mass concentration in the air does not exceed 5mg/m 3
.
The sampling site requires good ventilation, and the industrial glycol sprinkled on the ground into equipment should be flushed with a lot of water
.
7.
2 Fire-fighting equipment: production equipment should be equipped with various fire-fighting equipment in accordance with relevant regulations
