The sampler can be contaminated with oil, water or solvent after being used for a period of time, resulting in differences in analysis results

4 Sampling method of gaseous ethylene

Generally, samples should be taken in liquid form, but sometimes restricted by safety regulations or when only a small amount of samples are required, gaseous sampling can also be used

The gaseous rice sample device is shown in Figure 2

It consists of a stainless steel pipe with an inner diameter of 4mm and a length of not more than 2m and a regulating valve A.

Before sampling, use sample gas to flush the sampling tube and sampler

Open sample source sampling valve and a regulating valve B A, and then open the inlet valve sampler C, until an appropriate amount of gaseous ethylene after samplers into close valve B

After the sampler is flushed, close valve D and start sampling

After sampling, close valve C, then close valve A and valve B in turn, slowly loosen the sampling line connector, and remove the sampler

5 Sampling report

The sampling report should state all the information about the sample, and at least include the following content:
