Performance requirements of electric heating block

Adjust the temperature of maleic anhydride to (140±2)℃

The time for the sample to be heated from 60℃ to 140℃ (25±5)min

The maximum temperature difference between the sample cavity and the thermometer cavity is 2℃

Note: The working characteristics of the heating block used are critical

The schematic diagram of the electric heating block is shown in Figure B.

1—The thermometer jack, the hole depth is 7.

2—Aluminum block with an inner diameter of 15.

3-6 holes that can be inserted into a 50mL Nessler colorimetric tube, the depth of the hole is 23.

4—Stainless steel housing with glass fiber insulation for power supply, temperature and speed control
