Colorimetric tube: a flat-bottomed glass tube with an inner diameter of about 23mm of the same quality and same diameter with a glass stopper.

b) A series of comparison solution, which is equivalent to the standard solution of color number 500 diluted and prepared according to the ratio of Table A1;
