6 Expression of analysis results
The methyl methacrylate content (X 2 ) expressed in mass percentage is calculated according to formula (2):
X 2 =100-X 1 -X w -∑X i .

5 Inspection rules
5.
1 Industrial methyl methacrylate should be inspected by the quality supervision department of the manufacturer, and the manufacturer should ensure that each batch of products delivered meets the requirements of this standard
.
Each batch of products that leave the factory should be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format, which includes: the name of the manufacturer, the name of the product, the batch number, the date of production, the quality of the product, and the number of this standard
.
5.
2 If one of the inspection results does not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from twice the amount of packaging unit for re-inspection.
If there is still one indicator that does not meet the requirements of the standard in the re-inspection result, the entire batch of products will be deemed unqualified
.
5.
3 Sampling method: each storage tank is a batch
.
The number of samples and the amount of samples shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in Article 6.
6 of GB6678
.
Sampling shall be carried out according to the method specified in GB6680, and the sampling volume shall not be less than 250mL
.
Divide the collected samples into two evenly, put them into clean and dry glass bottles, seal them tightly, and put labels on them.
The label should indicate the product name, batch number, sampling date and the person who took the sample
.
One bottle is for inspection, and the other is sealed and stored for one month for future reference
.
The packaging container provided by the user is subject to sampling from the storage tank of the manufacturer
.
5.
4 All technical index items listed in this standard are type inspection items
.
Under normal production conditions, the density is inspected every half a month, and the other items are factory inspection items
.
5.
5 The user has the right to check and accept the product in accordance with the technical requirements and test methods of this standard
.
When there is a dispute between the supplier and the buyer on the quality of the product, the supplier and the buyer jointly negotiate an arbitration
.
Any objections should be raised to the manufacturer within 15 days after receiving the product
.
5.
6 The judgment of the inspection result shall be carried out according to the comparison method of rounding value in GB1250, and the rounding shall be carried out according to GB8170
.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.
1 should be consistent with the provisions of the packaging container mark GB190, in addition to product drums shall be accompanied by a certificate of products, including: manufacturer name, product name, trademark, standard number, batch number, date of production, net weight and so on
.
6.
2 The product is packaged in dry, clean and airtight aluminum drums or galvanized iron drums, each with a net weight of 180kg
.
6.
3 This product is dangerous and flammable.
It should not be exposed to sunlight or rain during transportation and storage, and open flames are strictly prohibited
.
6.
4 This product is easy to polymerize when exposed to light and heat.
It should be stored in a cold storage below 10°C.
Polymerization inhibitors should be added during storage and transportation.
The user requires products without polymerization inhibitors.
If polymerization occurs, the manufacturer will not be responsible
