In 2005, Shenma Group (later merged into China Pingmei Shenma Group) started the research and development
of para-aramid.
In the absence of any technical reference, the scientific research team tested, summarized, improved, and tested again and again, and successively completed the construction of 500 tons/year polymerization device and supporting solvent recovery device, 100 tons/year spinning device, successfully opened up the production process, produced aramid fiber samples above 20 grams / denier level, and broke the screw continuous production resin technology, independently developed a para-aramid resin screw screw extruder, and improved the quality
of resin.
In the following years, the aramid pilot plant has been suffering from problems such as
unstable equipment operation and frequent fluctuations in product indicators.
Since this year, the research team has clearly divided the R&D topics into more than a dozen sub-topics such as polymerization, spinning, and control systems, and introduced the Objectives and Key Results Method (OKR) management model to carry out strong research

The research group has carried out more than 100 tests, solved more than 400 technical problems, formed more than 20 mature process technology solutions, and made a series of major breakthroughs

On October 25 this year, the group officially announced the successful research and development of para-aramid, and the product performance indicators reached the domestic advanced level

At present, the first industrialized regional melt-grade polysilicon rod has been released from the production line, breaking the situation
of relying on imports of products.
