On March 7, workers were inspecting the melt blown cloth for medical flat masks produced by the melt blown non-woven fabric production line of Yanshan Petrochemical.
On March 6, at the Yanshan Petrochemical Plant of Sinopec in the western suburbs of Beijing, the Yanshan Petrochemical meltblown non-woven fabric production line jointly built by Sinopec and SINOMACH Hengtian Group was put into use.
The production line is designed to have an annual production capacity of 14,400 tons, including two meltblown non-woven fabric production lines and three spunbonded fabric production lines.
At present, 4 tons of N95 meltblown cloth or 6 tons of medical flat mask meltblown cloth can be produced every day.
These raw materials can produce about 1.
2 million N95 masks or about 6 million medical flat masks.
