According to the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Shanghai Food Safety Regulations" and other regulations, the relevant information about the food safety sampling inspection conducted by our bureau is hereby announced as follows:

Food Safety Food Sampling

The sampling information involved three categories of food, including: edible agricultural products, condiments, special dietary foods,et.
A total of 156 batches of samples were sampled, of which 155 batches were qualified and 1 batch was unqualifie.
The unqualified sample is one batch of edible agricultural products [unqualified item: enrofloxacin (the sum of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin)], the sample information is detailed in the attachmen.

For the unqualified products found in the above sampling inspection, our bureau has requested the relevant district market supervision and administration bureaus to investigate and deal with the unqualified food and its producers and operators in a timely manner, investigate and deal with them in accordance with the law, and further urge the enterprises to fulfill their legal obligations, and record the relevant information in the Food safety credit files of food producers and operator.
The investigation and punishment shall be disclosed by the district market supervision and administration bureau responsible for the investigation and handling of the case in the place where the enterprise is locate.

Supervision and management

Consumers are especially reminded that if they buy or find unqualified foods listed in the appendix on the market, please call the food safety complaint reporting hotline 12315 to make a complain.
