Global Coatings Network News: Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region announced the first batch of 14 chemical parks (chemical concentration areas) that met the standards, and put forward four requirements at the same time

First, the chemical industry park (chemical concentration area) should further optimize the industrial layout, clarify the industrial positioning, rational layout and functional division, complete the formulation of the overall planning of the park and the industrial development plan, improve the planning and layout of hazardous chemical production and storage enterprises, and effectively improve the industrial planning.

Second, the chemical industry park (chemical concentration area) strictly prohibits the industrial structure adjustment guidance catalogue elimination, hazardous chemical construction projects that do not meet the safety production standards and immature processes, labor-intensive non-chemical enterprises and light industrial projects such as the food industry from entering the park.

Third, before the end of 2022, the chemical park (chemical concentration area) must build a complete monitoring and early warning system for safety production risks and ecological environment in the park, and the relevant monitoring and monitoring data should be connected to the monitoring and early warning system of the local competent authority to strengthen the risk early warning capability

Fourth, industrial parks or industrial concentration areas with chemical output value exceeding 3 billion yuan or chemical output value accounting for more than 30% or with more than 3 chemical enterprises should further strengthen construction and management with reference to the relevant national chemical park management norms, standards and requirements.
