Based on this calculation, if international oil prices continue to rise, the price adjustment window for domestic oil prices will open again at the end of this month.

Zhong Jian, chief economist of Dongfang Oil and Gas Network, pointed out that whether to adjust prices this month still needs further observation.
According to the "Measures", when the crude oil price in the international market is lower than US$80 per barrel, the price of refined oil is calculated according to the normal processing profit rate; when it is higher than US$80 per barrel, the processing profit rate is deducted until the finished product is calculated as zero processing profit.
Oil price; when it is higher than US$130 per barrel, in accordance with the principle of taking into account the interests of producers and consumers and maintaining the stable operation of the national economy, appropriate fiscal and taxation policies shall be adopted to ensure the production and supply of refined oil.
In principle, gasoline and diesel prices are not mentioned or under-represented .

    On the other hand, due to the previous "Measures" issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, the pricing method will be adjusted when the international oil price exceeds 80 US dollars.
