Internationally advanced wet-process phosphoric acid high-value technology

Sinochem News On June 17, the project "Key Technologies and Industrialization of Wet Process Phosphoric Acid Upgrading Quality, Efficiency and High Value" jointly developed by Anhui Liuguo Chemical Company and Hefei University of Technology passed the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements by Anhui Industrial Economics Federation.

This achievement is based on the basic experimental research on the improvement and efficiency of wet-process phosphoric acid and the high-value product, and developed the wet-process phosphoric acid gradient production technology, the wet-process phosphoric acid large-particle size dihydrate gypsum production technology, and the one-step dihydrate-semi-water wet process.

After the implementation of the project, it will increase the variety and sales scale of high-quality α-hemihydrate gypsum products, which will not only help the phosphorus chemical industry move towards high-quality, high-efficiency, and high-value, and coordinate the green and circular development of upstream and downstream industries, but also contribute to accelerating resource development.
