    1.

China's food standard system was established in the 1960s.

In the entire food standard system, food testing technical standards are a very important part.

Although China's food standard system has made great progress, there is still a certain gap compared with developed countries.

    2.

Food testing technical standards can be divided into international standards, national standards, industry standards, local standards and corporate standards according to their scope of use or approval authority

    (1) International Standards International standards are standards commonly used internationally and are formulated by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO)

The Association of Analytical Communities (AOAC) was founded in 1884.

    (2) National standards National standards are uniform standards that are complied with across the country and are formulated by the administrative department of standardization under the State Council

After the implementation of the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as "Food Safety Law"), national food safety standards will be formulated and promulgated by the health administrative department of the State Council, and the standardization administrative department of the State Council will provide the national standard number

    (3) Industry standards Industry standards are formulated for technical requirements that do not have national standards but need to be unified within a certain food industry across the country

The serial number of the industry standard is composed of the industry standard code, the standard serial number and the standard publication year number

Table 1-8 Examples of industry standards

    (4) Local standards Local standards refer to standards formulated for the safety and health requirements of industrial products that do not have national standards and industry standards but need to be unified within provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government

    (5) Enterprise Standards Enterprise standards are standards formulated when the products produced by enterprises do not have national standards and industry standards, and are used as the basis for organizing production

After the implementation of the "Food Safety Law", the food safety enterprise standard was changed to "should be reported to the provincial health administrative department for record", and S (the first capital letter of the food) was added to its serial number

    No standard is static.
It must be continuously adjusted and improved with the advancement of testing technology, the maturity of testing methods, the expansion of testing requirements, and the emergence of new situations and new problems in food safety
    .
For example, in the 2010 edition of the GB/T5009 series, 7 standards including the "GB5009.
3-2010 National Food Safety Standard for the Determination of Moisture in Foods" have not only made up for some of the defects of the 2003 edition, but also added "National Food Safety Standard" in the name.
, It has changed from a recommended standard to a mandatory standard
    .
Another example is the implementation of the "GB2763-2012 National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Foods" on March 1, 2013.
The 6 national standards and 10 agricultural industry standards related to the maximum residue limits of pesticides in foods will be abolished at the same time
    .
It can be seen that the standard is a kind of dynamic information that keeps pace with the times.
As a food physical and chemical testing worker, you must respond quickly to the new standard
