Zhong Haitao stated that he is accountable to relevant enterprises and staff in the following eight situations
"Through the formulation and strict implementation of the "Grain Reserve Management Accountability Measures (for Trial Implementation)", the grain reserve enterprises and administrative departments will be further urged to fulfill their reserve management and supervision responsibilities, regulate the behavior of employees, strengthen legal governance and responsibility implementation, and severely punish them in accordance with the law.
