    From SeafoodSource on April 15th, the Irish Food Authority’s China office is working with Chinese “celebrity chefs” to incorporate Irish seafood into local cuisine in eastern and southwestern China

    Bord Bia, the Irish Food Authority, together with New Oriental Cooking School and the "Celebrity Chef" app, launched an Irish food promotion campaign, inviting chefs to show how to cook dishes such as Irish zodiac crab, Dublin bay prawns, Irish conch and more

    Bord Bia (Irish Food Board) Irish Food Board was established in 1994 and is affiliated to the Irish Ministry of Agriculture.
    It is headquartered in Dublin and has 16 offices around the world

    In a video event, "Celebrity Chef" invited World Cooking Competition champion Zhou Houchao to show how to cook Irish crab and shrimp with Sichuan cuisine, one of the main genres of Chinese cooking.
