    A few days ago, Sibur and Gazprom signed a final agreement
    in St.
    Petersburg for the long-term supply of ethane.
    It is planned to supply 2 million tons of ethane per year for the production of polyethylene at Sibul's Amur gas-chemical complex in the Russian Far East over 20 years, and will be "technically connected"
    with Gazprom's 42 billion cubic meters of gas processing plant in Amur.
