Saudi Advanced Petrochemical Company Selects Clariant's^CATOFINTM catalyst again May 27 Advanced Global Investment Co.
(AGIC), a joint venture between Saudi Advanced Petrochemical Corporation (APC) and South Korea's SK Group, selected Clariant's^CATOFIN™ catalyst
for a new propane dehydrogenation (PDH) plant in the Middle East
。 Clariant's^{CATOFIN™ catalysts} were chosen for their outstanding performance and reliability
at APC's existing PDH plant in Saudi Arabia.

The plant will combine process technology from McDermott's Lummus company with Clariant's CATOFINTM catalyst, with an annual production capacity of 840,000 tons
of propylene.
