    According to reports, EB pre-vulcanization technology has been widely used in foreign tire industries and is one of the core technologies for the green production of
    radial tires.
    This technology acts on the tire parts through the high-energy electron beam excited by the EB pre-vulcanization device, thereby activating the rubber macromolecules in the rubber material, generating the active radicals of the rubber macromolecules, and further cross-linking of C-C bonds between the rubber macromolecules to form a three-dimensional network structure, so as to improve the physical and mechanical properties of
    the tire parts.

    However, EB pre-vulcanization technology has been monopolized by foreign companies for a long time, and the equipment procurement and operation costs are extremely high

    Foreign companies also take confidentiality measures against domestic tire enterprises, which makes it difficult for EB pre-vulcanization process to be applied in practical applications and produce benefits

    In 2013, the domestic EB pre-vulcanization device was successfully applied
    in the semi-steel radial tire production line.
    In 2014, they cooperated with Shuangqian Group to carry out successful
    research on EB pre-vulcanization application technology in the field of all-steel radial tire manufacturing.
    In the actual production process, after multiple batches and long-term operation testing, the performance of EB prevulcanization device is better than similar foreign devices, the tire product testing data are better than the national standard, and the key performance indicators have increased by more than 30%, far exceeding the expected target
