    The Institute of Granulation Machinery of Nanjing University of Technology recently announced that the institute has successfully developed a new type of ball granulation equipment, which solves the problem
    of dry granulation in fertilizer production in one fell swoop.
    Compared with wet granulation, this technology not only has less investment, but also has obvious
    energy saving and emission reduction effects.

    After repeated research and experiments, researchers from the Institute of Granulation Machinery of Nanjing University of Technology have successfully developed a new type of ball granulation equipment, which can turn the irregular particles produced by dry granulation into round particles

    With this technology, the construction of a 100,000-ton fertilizer granulation plant can reduce its equipment investment by nearly 1/3 compared with wet granulation, and the daily energy consumption is nearly 50% less than that of wet granulation, and environmental pollution is also greatly reduced
