Issue 12/2016 - Clariant and Biost complete strategic investment partnership

Clariant has completed a strategic investment partnership
with BioSpectrum, a Korean developer and supplier of natural active ingredients.
The transaction gives Clariant access to Bioster experience and resources in the research and development of natural ingredients, which will help Clariant expand its cosmetics business
.
On the other hand, Biostar can also use Clariant's global sales and innovation network to sell its products globally (except in Korea).
